Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt.
Please email contact@nurnei.com with your name, address and order reference within this period to notify us of the return.
We offer full refund for product(s) returned provided that the product(s) are in unworn and original condition including the packaging.
Upon receiving returned product(s), a refund will be made via the original method of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is faulty or incorrect.
All custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Our jewellery is handmade and therefore delicate. We are happy to repair jewellery, provided it’s a manufacturing fault*.

*Please note manufacturing faults do not include broken chains/wire, broken stones or general wear and tear such as oxidised silver or tarnishing gold vermeil. Refer to our Jewellery Care guide for tips on how to look after your handmade jewellery.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receipt.
Please email contact@nurnei.com with your name, address and order reference within this period to notify us of the exchange.
Exchanges will be processed as a refund followed by a placement of a new order.
We recommend returning orders with a tracking service. We are not responsible for returns until they are received. Please note shipping costs are not our responsibility when product(s) are returned to us for an exchange and all exchanges will incur a new shipping cost.
